After nearly 21 years of being CD Scooters we have decided to take the massive step to change our name! You’re thinking… ‘Wow’ maybe even ‘why?’ the main reason we have changed our name is because when Colin and Kevin started out in 2000, we wanted to be a Vespa shop, that came with Piaggio and Gilera at the time and our first motorcycle was sold in 2000, and since then we have sold 1000’s of scooters and motorcycles and treat every person with the same level of respect regardless of what genre of motorcycle you buy. We feel that people that don’t know us think that we only sell and repair scooters and this isn’t true. Three years ago we added motorcycles to our name as we were selling more and more bikes, we have been main dealers for Gilera, Derbi, Aprilia and Moto Guzzi as well as selling all brands of pre-loved bikes.
Whats changed other than the name? That maybe what’s on peoples minds… nothing, is the simplest answer, same knowledgeable staff, same owners, still a partnership, same VAT number, we promise its just the name.
What is it? Well we have decided on ‘Brighton Moto’ giving it a local yet Italian feel.
2021 will hopefully be a better year for us all and being our 21st birthday this year we hope to have a party to celebrate this with you all and hope that will be able to happen sooner than later.
